That's running 24hrs.a day, 7 days a week!!! The unit will stay at a constant 130 degrees when the outside temperature is below freezing, keeping your pet warm and comfortable. The larger Hound Heater I is 9" *9" *9". The smaller version is 5 1/2" * 5 1/2" '* 5 1/2". Both units will easily heat a house that is the size of a X-L Vari kennel It is safe and easy to install. It is made out of 18ga. galvanized metal so it is super strong and will last for many years, unlike your traditional mat heaters. When properly installed in an upper corner of the house, it doesn't take up any laying space for your animal. The lock system is a simple thumbscrew, so changing out the bulb is quick and easy.
